Chojang

Everybody looks a good mandu and I love mine fried. Others enjoy it steamed or boiled into soups. Another way to enjoy the pleasure? is to dip them in chojang (vinegar dipping sauce.) This sauce is easy and quick to make.

Here’s my version that all my friends enjoy-

You’ll need-

6 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp rice vinegar (or regular will do as well)
1 tsp of sugar (my secret ingredient…^_^)
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1/2 a tsp of seasme oil
1 tsp sesame seeds
1 dash of garlic powder
(1 tsp of green onions are optional)
Just combine all the ingredients and mix!! That’s it! Now you got yourself some delicious mandu dipping sauce…. ^_^
