My favourite Korean food

I like Korean food for it’s natural ingredients and spicy taste.

Unfortunately there are only a few places where I can eat my favourite dishes.

Last summer I studied in Daegu and had a great chance to try all the dishes and even get learned

how to cook it.

Today I’d like to tell about the most delicious meat dish I taste. It’s kalbi.

I ordered it in a restaurant during my visit to Busan. I’ve never tried it in Russia (my homeland), that’s why I chose it.

It was served with a noodle, as cold as ice)

Moreover, I’ve never had an idea that noodle+boiled egg+pear can be mixed in one dish~ But it’s very tasty!!

The taste of kalbi meat reminded me Caucasian shashleuk, but Koreans eat it in a different way. You should add some souse,

put it in a leaf (I don’t remember it’s name) and eat)

Later I tried the same dish  in Daegu, but it seemed to me that tastes were differed =)

If I had a chance to go to Korea once again definitely the first  dish I’d order when dining out would be kalbi!!
