I went to an Asian store to get some Korean food supply for an upcoming Korean soiree and I thought people might be interested in what kinds of items are available in France. So here you go, you have the photo.
Jars and tins of kimchi – which I think are rather strange
Gochujang and Deonjang
Bulgogi sauce
Japchae sauce
Mackeral in tins
Flour for frying and pancakes
Korean curry
Interesting?

Something I wanted to get but I couldn’t was tofu…:( I don’t know why they didn’t have tofu. I am planning to make 된장찌개 and it would have been nice to have some tofu. I might make it with shrimps I think or tuna…what do you think?:)
Korean curry sounds nice, too. Yes? Maybe I can make Korean seafood stew 해물탕. There are many possibilites and as it is very cold in France at the moment, I’d like to make something that can warm people up.
If you have any suggestions, please let me know
