Yachaejuk 야채죽, which is made from carrot and spinach, improves the health of the digestive tract. It’s usually eaten by people who feel weak or suffer from cold.
Ingredients:
50g of rice,
1 small carrot (chopped),
20g of fresh spinach,
1 teaspoon of sesame oil,
1/2 teaspoon of salt.
Soak the rice in water for about 2 hour. Put it in a mixer, add a cup of clean water and grind for 2 minutes. Pour it into a small pot and add a cup of water.
Cook spinach in boiling water for about a minute. Take it out and leave aside.
Bring the ground rice into a boil. Allow water to evaporate.
Add vegetables, sesame oil and salt. Cook for 1 minute and serve hot.
