another refreshing korean summer recipe to feel cool in these hot days.^^ of course i brought it from Maangchi’s website.what attract me is the idea of adding ice to a meal .it is brilliant idea and hard to see it in the other international kitchen. so even in food there are streotypes ; it means we can use some ingredients in one way and it hard to change the use or we don’t have idea of other uses. so discovering other international kitchen allowed us to earese some streotypes in food like this idea of adding ice and step by step the korean ktchen shows us its treasure of using a common ingredients in new ways.
