Paul Schenks is the Food and Beverage Director for the InterContinental Hotels in Seoul, Korea. Originally from Australia, he has been in Korea for 6 years. He is an active member of the Les Toques Blanc: Korea's International Chef's association and he was the star and chef of the Korean cooking show, "Korea Confidental."
