If you aren't able to visit Los Angeles to taste some of Chef Roy Choi's spicy Korean fusion tofu tacos, you can still make them at home. And it's worth it: crispy fried tofu that's been coated with garlic, ginger, gochujang (Korean hot pepper paste) and cayenne; topped with kim chee, jicama, hoisin sauce, and green onions ... it's heaven on a plate.
